Wash hands thoroughly before handling lenses.

Wet both sides of each lens with solution and rub gently (~20 s).

Rinse each side (~10 s) under a steady stream of solution.

Fill your clean lens case with fresh solution.

Place lenses in the case and soak for at least ~6 h (overnight preferred).

Discard used solution; always use fresh solution each time
